My name is Genesys Flores and I’m the artist and educator at Beauty by Genesys. From a young age, I developed a fascination with the beauty industry and have always had a passion for helping people feel and look their best. I started my career as a cosmetologist in 2013 and shortly right after started taking classes for permanent makeup (PMU). Ive had the absolute pleasure of taking classes from some of the best artists in the PMU industry, such as Lindsey Ta, Slayy Beauty Academy, Shay Danielle Academy, Sheila Bella Microblading, and The American Academy of Micropigmentation. I strive to be the best in all that I do, and my clients are more than pleased with their results. I love watching their reactions when they see their eyebrows for the first time. It melts my heart every time.

How do I know if microblading is right for me?
Microblading is for anyone who is looking to enhance their brows in the most natural way available today
How do I prepare for my appointment?
It is important that prior to booking you send clear pictures of your eyebrows without any makeup to ensure the best results
I would also suggest not to groom the eyebrows for at least a week before your appointment so the artist can see your natural brow shape and is able to enhance the brow in the best way possible
You must avoid any alcohol, coffee, green tea, black tea, ibuprofen or any blood thinners at least 24 hours before your appointment
If you have any botox or fillers around the desired treated area you must wait at least 3-4 weeks before booking
Who is not ineligible for permanent makeup?
if you’re under the age of 18
If you’re pregnant or nursing
If you’re prone to keloids
If you have diabetes (unless you have permission from your doctor)
If you have active skin cancer on or around the desired treated area
If you have been diagnosed with a transmittable blood condition such as HIV or hepatitis
A non refundable $100 deposit is required in order to secure any appointment
A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule. If you fail to reschedule within the 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit and an additional deposit is going to be required in order to book your appointment
